My work is centred on building practical solutions across hospitality, wellness, HealthTech, business automation, and AI-supported systems. Through ACW Health, we are exploring responsible AI wellness platforms, including ACW NeuroSpine Wellness — a non-medical wellness and research-support direction focused on structured awareness and expert-guided workflows.

Arvind Mohanlal Patel, also known as Alex Patel, is the Founder and CEO of ACW Group, with more than three decades of leadership experience across hospitality, business operations, and technology-led ventures.

Hospitality has been one of the defining pillars of his journey. It shaped his approach to service, execution, customer experience, team leadership, and brand reputation — lessons that became the foundation for a broader, founder-led platform spanning operations, strategic growth, and practical technology.

Through ACW Group, his focus today spans hospitality, responsible AI, wellness technology, HealthTech, and business automation.
